Open your browser and go to your Plesk login URL, typically:
Enter your username and password.
In the left sidebar, click on Mail.
You will see a list of domains that support mail.
Click the “Create Email Address” button.
Fill in the fields:
Email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com
)
Password – Create a strong password or use the generator.
Optional: Set a mailbox size limit or leave default.
Redirects: Forward emails to another address.
Auto-Reply: Set an out-of-office message.
Spam Filter / Antivirus: Enable for better protection.
Click OK or Save at the bottom of the form.
You can now access your new mailbox via:
Webmail (e.g., https://webmail.yourdomain.com)
Email clients like Outlook, Thunderbird, or mobile mail apps.
