Recommended: Use IMAP instead of POP3 (IMAP keeps your email synced on all devices)
Launch Microsoft Outlook.
If this is your first time opening Outlook, the Add Account wizard starts automatically.
If not:
Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings
Click New…
Select Manual setup or additional server types
Choose POP or IMAP, then click Next
In the Add Account screen, use the following settings:
Name: Your Name
Email Address: yourname@yourdomain.com
Account Type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
Username: yourname@yourdomain.com
Password: (your email password)
Check “Remember password”
Click More Settings > go to the Outgoing Server tab:
Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server
Then go to the Advanced tab and enter:

Click Next – Outlook will test your settings.
If successful, click Finish.
You're done!
Make sure SSL ports (993 & 465) are open on your network.
Double-check the username is the full email address.
If you get certificate errors, confirm your domain has a valid SSL certificate for mail services.
